Ok Davinci Resolve 16.2.8 (free version) works ok on my PC. It's only Davinci Resolve 17.2.1 (free version) has the problems same as yours (stated above), on my PC. Hm, ok. This really sucks. I am a Studio user and since version 18 I cannot export on MP4 format because the audio button is greyed out and no audio is exported. I can only use Quicktime but this is not the way I wanna go because of many other reasons. Nov 16, 2016 · For the clips with filters, I can decompose in place no problem. Clips with speed changes will not decompose (menu item greyed out). Sometimes, I can force conform the clip from the Media Pool, and that will take care of the situation, sometimes when I try to do that, the clip on the timeline turns in to a still frame which is very odd.
